Ultimate Digital held an experience day alongside the Hull and EY Children’s University project, this enabled them to learn about print and design through using Ultimate’s Kids Ink platform, which is an educational tool that aims to teach children in a fun and creative way.

Hull and East Yorkshire Children University is a charity that are dedicated to building engaging and exciting learning experiences that encourage learning, building self-esteem and create aspirations. The charity collaborated with Ultimate Digital to put on a fun and interactive day that showed the children different careers and opportunities.

The day consisted of a tour around the facilities with an explanation of what goes on behind the scenes. Part of the day the children got into teams where they had to create their very own product and pitch to everyone their ideas, helping them to build on their business skills.

Charlotte Carter Primary school teacher at the Ormiston South Parade Academy said that

“The pupils really enjoyed the trip and are rather inspired to create a design project of their own! Such an inspiring company, even myself and my TA thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience”

Ultimate Digital used their very own platform Kids Ink to enable them to design and come up with creative products. Kids Ink is a new product that has been launched to market that can work within the curriculum, allowing teachers to deliver fun and interactive lessons. The tool enables children to draw and create their own design that can be printed on bags and other formats.
