Kids Ink™ is revolutionising the lunch bag sector, designed with reusability in mind these uniquely printed bags divert unwanted packaging from landfill.

Kids Ink™ are allowing children to design their very own personalised lunch bags while teaching children to be environmentally responsible at the same time. This creative and interactive teaching tool is perfect for teaching children about the environment.

These bags have been designed from start to finish utilising a single polymer content in every component making the bag recyclable at the end of its life. The handle, foam and film are all made from LDPE which is the polymer that is most easy to recycle in the UK.

KAM Plastics, a local recycling facility who work closely alongside Ultimate Digital have confirmed that the Kids Ink lunch bags are 100% recyclable.

“This has been a really rewarding campaign to be involved in for us. Our front end drawing and tool enables the kids to be really creative and design their own unique, hygienic, re-usable lunch bag which can then be easily recycled at end of life.” Chris Tonge, Executive Director of The Ultimate Group.

Children have also written messages on their bags such as ‘recycle plastic’, ‘one person can change the world’ and ‘be nice’ these positive words are reinforcing responsible behaviour and awareness. Kids Ink™ is making a difference to education across the UK.
